Biography

Amir Leshem was a postdoc at CAS for 3 years since 1999, and has regularly visited CAS since then. He was a visiting professor in the CAS group from 15 Aug 2008 until 15 June 2009. He is an associate prof. and head of the signal processing track at the EE department, School of engineering, Bar-Ilan University. His current research interests are:

  • Statistical and array signal processing
  • Dynamic spectrum management of wireline and wireless communication networks
  • Transmission over copper lines
  • Applications of signal processing to Radio Astronomy
  • Set theory and mathematical logic
